March 27, 2020

YMCA Calgary has cancelled the last week of the Winter Program Session (March 16-22) and has also cancelled the Spring Program Session (scheduled for March 30th – June 21st) and ongoing child care services due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
YMCA Calgary is in the process of issuing refunds for cancelled programs.
These refunds are currently being addressed and, due to volume and capacity constraints, will continue to take some time to process. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we complete this mass refund recognizing it is very important that our members and participants receive monies owed as soon as possible.
If you receive a receipt from us, it means that we have processed a refund for a program or rental and the funds will be placed back on your method of payment. No further action is required for patrons to receive their refund.
