Get motivated in a supportive environment with small group training. A certified trainer will work with you and your friends, coworkers, or teammates to deliver engaging exercises on a group and individual level. Don't have a group? YMCA Personal Training Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your personal training session, you must give 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in that session being charged at full price. Refunds are only provided for medical reasons and will be prorated for any remaining sessions.


Strength and Conditioning Orientation (Youth and Adults)

An orientation is mandatory for youth aged 10-15yrs to use the weight floor
If you are new to strength training, the gym, or the YMCA, this orientation is for you. You will receive an orientation on the strength and conditioning floor (weight and cardio area) and learn more about our programs and services. Participants will leave with a predesigned workout template, which includes templates found on Y@Home+.
Members will come away with a very basic weight floor program.
