It’s more important than ever to help send kids to camp.
Study after study shows that time at summer camp improves self-esteem, peer relationships, physical skills, leadership abilities, environmental awareness and more.
YMCA summer camps are incredible places where friendships blossom, self-confidence emerges, independence grows, and through it all, children and teens build resilience to help them face new challenges.
Last year, more than 3,000 campers attended our YMCA outdoor summer camps – and 100 of them were only able to go because someone like you helped them. This year there are 150 kids who need your support to attend Camp Chief Hector YMCA and Camp Riveredge.
Every child deserves the chance to go to camp, no matter their families’ financial circumstances. You can help!
