Radio Silence is a fictional tale that takes place in Dawson City, Yukon in the 1920s, on the traditional territory of the Tr'ondek Hwech'in. The seasons are changing and the Yukon’s first female bush pilot has gone missing. In a whimsical journey of self-discovery, her twin sister sets out to find her. Charismatic and profoundly moving, Radio Silence features signature masks by the Wonderheads, original Yukon music, delightful puppetry, and stunning visuals. Radio Silence is a funny, heartwarming story not to be missed!

Open Pit Theatre's co-Artistic Directors Jessica Hickman and Geneviève Doyon from the Yukon, have joined forces with The Wonderheads to bring you a brand-new mask and puppetry show called Radio Silence. The show combines Wonderheads' signature masks with Open Pit Theatre's strong physical aesthetic, to tell a quintessential northern story of bush pilots and wise animals set in Yukon's vast wilderness. Canada's best designers were brought north to collaborate with Yukon visual artists, composers, and artists to create a show that is like none other in Canada.

Recommended for ages 8+ and their families.
