Seniors' Week 7-Day Free Trial 
Date: June 5 to 11, 2023
Location: All YMCA Calgary locations

Any person 65+ who is not currently a YMCA member can sign up for a 7-day free trial between June 5-11, 2023 in honor of Senior’s Week! Participants will have access to the YMCA’s facilities, drop-in classes & program areas. Click to view the list of programs and schedules.

Please visit the member services desk at your favorite YMCA location with your photo ID to access your free trial.

50’s & 60’s Trivia 
Date: June 5, 1-3 p.m. 
Location: Shane Homes YMCA at Rocky Ridge

Date: June 8, 1-3 p.m. 
Location: Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton

Get ready to put your knowledge to the test and join us for an exciting afternoon of Trivia and Name That Tune! Bring your team of 1-6 people to compete for an exclusive prize package from the YMCA. We'll provide complimentary coffee, juice and water to refresh and energize you throughout the event. Our very own Kate Stadel will be hosting the festivities, featuring 3 rounds of the 50s and 60s-themed trivia and 2 rounds of 50s and 60's Name That Tune.

Don't miss out on this fun and challenging opportunity to showcase your skills and have a great time with friends and family. All ages are welcome.

Coffee Socials & Intergenerational Art Project 
Date: June 5-8, multiple times
Location: All YMCA Calgary locations

Take a moment to enjoy some coffee and community at your local YMCA while reflecting on the question – ‘What Makes You Happy?”.

Participants of all ages will have the opportunity to draw or write about “What Makes You Happy” on paper squares that will be added to a collective, intergenerational art display at one of our community hubs in the north or south.

These coffee socials are the perfect chance to visit before or after enjoying other YMCA amenities. All ages are welcome.
