- We offer fertility support, alongside maternity and parental leave top-ups (as well as adoption leave), for new parents, to 100 per cent of salary for up to 12 weeks.
- We support our employees’ healthy living with free access to our facilities where they can take a class, work out, or swim.
- We offer a student loan contribution plan, where between six months and three years of employment we help to pay off student loan debt, and after this period, these contributions are then directed to an employee defined contribution pension plan. We understand that with our young workforce, this enhances their financial well-being and sets them up for success long-term.
Beyond these benefits recognized, we are also the first job for many young people who are just getting started in the workforce. It’s important to us that we provide ample opportunities for our young workforce to receive training and certifications such as CPR and lifeguard courses, as well as our Youth Leadership Initiative, which develops young employees into future leaders.
