YMCA Achievement Program (YMAP)

YMCA Achievement Program (YMAP)

Free city-wide programs for newcomer youth, including refugees, immigrants, international students and second-generation Canadians in grades 10-12 and young adults aged 18-25. YMAP programs celebrate Canadian and global culture, aiming to develop life and leadership skills.

YMCA Tutoring Table Program

Free tutoring services are available to vulnerable youth aged 14 to 21. Mentors assist with challenging math and science concepts and provide positive guidance to youth, offering career advice and sharing personal experiences.

YMCA Outreach Program

The YMCA Outreach Program offers pre-registered drop-in and programmed experiences for youth and young adults aged 14 to 25. Through various activities and sessions, participants will focus on community, collaboration and our collective identity.

An out-of-school intervention program that establishes bonds of trust and creates a support network for students who have been or are at risk of being suspended.
