Semi-private personal training is a fun and affordable option. Share a session with a friend to keep you both accountable and motivated. You’ll improve your technique and see results from these 60-minute sessions.

Join our fitness program for a series of coached classes. Train with the same instructor and group each week, build skills safely, and track your progress. Click here to register and reserve your spot.

YMCA Personal Training Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your personal training session, you must give 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in that session being charged at full price. Refunds are only provided for medical reasons and will be prorated for any remaining sessions.

Strength and Conditioning Orientation* (Youth and Adults)

Orientation is mandatory for youth aged 10 to 15 years old to use the weight floor.

If you're new to strength training, the gym, or the YMCA, this orientation is for you. You’ll receive an orientation on the strength and conditioning floor (weight and cardio area) and learn more about our programs and services. 
Participants will leave with a basic weight floor program.
