JOY Campaign
Since 2019, our JOY Campaign has been a meaningful way for our Calgary community to come together and make a difference. Each year, our branches fill with energy and connection, especially during our JOY Day celebration on Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, when we spread warmth through shared moments, friendly faces, and free hot chocolate for everyone who stops by.
The JOY Campaign is not just about raising funds; it is about sharing joy with our neighbours and helping our community shine brighter together. Every contribution supports the YMCA’s greatest needs, including our Adult Subsidy Program, which helps more people access programs and opportunities that empower them to thrive.

JOY Day
On Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, join us for JOY Day at your local YMCA branch. Giving Tuesday is a Global Day of Generosity when people come together to give back and make a difference in their communities. Enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate, fun & games to celebrate the season, and help us share joy across our community. All donations on JOY Day will also be doubled!
