Drop-in Fitness, Open Climb and Badminton Cancellation Policy

If you reserve a spot in a drop-in class, but can’t make it, you are responsible for canceling your online reservation at least 2 hours prior to class start time to avoid a “no show”. Three no shows in 30 days will result in a 7-day ban from online reservations.

Policy effective as of October 1, 2022.
