Program and Service Orientation

If you are new to strength training, the gym, or the YMCA, this orientation is for you. You will receive an orientation of the strength and conditioning floor (weight and cardio area) and learn more about our programs and services. Visit Member Services staff to get started.

Basic Strength & Conditioning Program

 You’ll learn proper technique when using the weight and cardio equipment and receive a strength and conditioning program to help you reach your goals. Visit Member Services staff to get started.

Get Results with Personal Training

Get an individualized training program, stay motivated and reach your goals. Choose from our 90-minute Getting Started program or 5, 10 or 20 60-minute sessions one-on-one or with a small group.
