Joy is the first tingle of cool water on your skin after a jump into the pool. It’s the swish of the basketball and a high five after a successful three-point shot. It’s learning a new yoga pose, a new craft, or a new word in an unfamiliar language. It’s watching a child raise their face to the sky and experience the wonder of the great outdoors.
YMCA Calgary members experience moments like these every day. Our doors are open to everyone, including those who traditionally face the most barriers to accessing opportunities for recreation, learning, and connection.
