Our Fitness Leadership courses take you through all the theoretical and practical information needed to become a certified YMCA Fitness Leader, including anatomy, physiology, movement principles and exercise design.




Personal Training – Course: 40 HRSDevelop the knowledge and skills to work one-on-one with clients to create tailored exercise programs.
