5:30-6:30pm – Yoga level 2 (some yoga experience required)

6:40-7:40 pm – Yoga for runners (designed to address the specific issues induced my running)

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Wednesdays

12:00-1:00pm

5:30-6:30pm

Fridays 12:00-1:00pm
