Basketball is not the only sport being offered this summer at the YMCA.  Continue your disciplined training, by building and developing the skills of soccer through the week-long YMCA Sport Development Camp.

We will incorporate fitness activities, skill development, cross-training and games, to further refine camper expertise in the sport of soccer.  Get ready and fuel up for the soccer field with these awesome nutrition tips!  A healthy body and mind help with the development of a great athlete, especially in youth between the ages of 10-15 years.
