Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Classes for Fall 2013

Are you a mom-to-be? We will be offering a new class this fall:  Prenatal Yoga with our wonderful new instructor, Chelsea!  Experience Hatha yoga to help with a healthy pregnancy, delivery and recovery.  This course will guide you through slow poses, breath work and relaxation techniques in a serene atmosphere to support your mind, body and spirit throughout your pregnancy.  The class will run Thursdays 10:45-11:45am from September 12 through October 24 and/or October 31 through December 12.

Already had your little one?  Try our Mom & Baby pilates class!  Designed specifically to recondition the body after pregnancy and childbirth, Mom and Baby Pilates brings new moms together to spend time connecting with their babies while getting a balanced full body workout.  This class will be running Fridays 10:45-11:45am from September 13 to October 25 and/or November 1 to December 13.  If you enjoy aquatic exercise, then Baby & Me H2O is the class for you.  Improve your aerobic conditioning, build strength and stretch while your little one plays in the water right beside you in their own personal floatation device (boat). Your baby will love being in the water while you experience this playful way of getting fit!  This class will run on Tuesdays 3:00-3:45pm from September 10 through to December 10.

Registration for all classes will be open for members August 6 and for non-members August 19.
