Zumba – Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm, Thursdays 6:30-7:30am, or Fridays 12:00-1:00pm.
Boxer’s Workout – Thursdays 5:15-6:45pm
Totally TRX – Mondays 9:30-10:30 am, or 7:00-8:00pm
Introduction to Power Lifiting – Fridays 12:05-1:00pm
Aqua Bootcamp – Mondays 12:05-12:50pm
Tai Chi – Tuesdays 12:05-12:50 or Thursdays 12:05-12:50pm
Fusion (yoga/pilates/fitness) – Mondays 6:35-7:35pm
Pilates – Mondays 12:05-1:00pm
Pilates Infused Core (Pilates Level 2) – Wednesdays 6:25-7:25pm
Yoga Level 1 – Mondays 7:40-8:40pm., Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm, Wednesdays 10:15-11:15, Wednesdays 12:05-1:00pm, Thursdays 6:00-7:00am or Fridays 12:05-1:00pm
