The Genesis Centre of Community Wellness

In addition to the YMCA, the Genesis Centre of Community Wellness will also house:

• A branch of the Calgary Public Library
• Two indoor soccer fields
• Three outdoor soccer fields,
• A large gymnasium for community use
• Community multipurpose rooms
• Community kitchen
• A human services area providing immigration, career and family services and referrals

The Genesis Centre of Community Wellness has become a reality thanks to the support of many partners, including the North East Centre of Community Society (NECCS), the City of Calgary, and the Calgary Public Library.

Funding for the YMCA portion of the project has been generously provided by:
