2010 Peace Medal Nomination Form

Nomination Criteria

Thank you for your interest in YMCA Calgary Peace Medals!

Please read nomination criteria carefully before submitting:

  • Nominees must reside within a 100km radius of Calgary and have conducted peace work between October 2008 and October 2010.
  • Nominees in International categories should have conducted work that primarily benefitted people around the world. Nominees in Community categories should have conducted work that primarily benefitted people locally. Youth nominees must be aged 18Y or younger.
  • Nominations will be judged solely on the information provided by the nominator. 
  • Deadline for submissions is October 1, 2010.
