YMCA Calgary has opportunities for sponsorship throughout the year—sponsorship details of our two major annual events are below. Or let us know if you/your organization are interested in sponsoring another YMCA program or special event.
YMCA STRONG KIDS GOLF TOURNAMENT
YMCA Calgary hosts a golf tournament every summer to raise funds for the YMCA Strong Kids campaign to support children and youth who cannot afford a YMCA experience. There are many opportunities to support this worthy cause through monetary or in-kind sponsorship.

1:00pm Registration and lunch
2:00pm Tee-off (shotgun start)
7:30pm Banquet dinner and slient auction
All sponsors will receive recognition:
- In the golf program
- In the Calgary Herald
- On the YMCA Calgary website and YMCA facilities
- In the YMCA Calgary annual report
YMCA Partner $3,000+
- Two complimentary golf spots
- Signage on a tee box
- Signs recognizing your sponsorship as golfers arrive
and depart - $3,000 gives 40 kids a YMCA experience
Every November, YMCA Calgary recognizes Calgarians working to advance peace at the YMCA Peace Medals Luncheon. This signature event attracts between 500-600 attendees.
