Research shows only 15 to 20% of exercisers typically maintain an exercise plan long enough to reap any benefits. People tend to lose interest and drop out for various reasons. Let us help you identify and overcome your exercise challenges.

In a series of one-on-one meetings you will:

  • Develop a plan that breaks your long-term goals into a series of realistic and manageable short-term goals
  • Create a program that suits your needs
  • Receive an overview of the building and its facilities, programs and services
  • Get answers to your exercise questions
  • Learn to measure the effect of your exercise on mood, stress and energy levels
  • Learn skills to revise your exercise plan to match your goal progress
  • Gather lots of great tips to help you stay on track, no matter what happens
