YMCA Kids’ Club is a fun, welcoming place for children to explore personal interests, make friends and develop early leadership skills. Operating out of 8 school based locations, the program runs on regular school days from the afternoon bell until 5:30 pm.
Caring and supportive YMCA staff members offer children a nutritious afterschool snack upon their arrival in the program and soon everyone is part of the fun as games, challenges, arts & crafts, outdoor activities and more make each afternoon fly by. As one participant puts it, “The YMCA is fun!”
School Locations: SW- Haysboro, Nellie McClung, Chinook Park NE – Coventry Hills, Our Lady of Fatima, St. Alphonsus NW – West Dalhousie, Valley Creek (also serving Hidden Valley School)
